Poster abstract deadline: 20 August 2019!!

The German Stem Cell Network (GSCN) aims to foster basic and applied stem cell research in Germany. We cordially invite you to the 7th Annual Conference of the German Stem Cell Network (GSCN) in Berlin. The conference will be held from 23 - 25 September 2019 and be hosted by the Max Delbrück Center (MDC). Like in recent years we expect around 400 participants.

Working group discussions, two poster sessions, meet-the-expert-tables, an industry exhibition, extensive breaks and two evening events will offer many opportunities for exciting discussions, academic exchange and reconnecting with old friends and colleagues. The conference will cover the latest findings in stem cell biology in Germany.

Since promotion of junior scientists is a particular aim of the GSCN, most speakers are selected from the best abstracts that have been submitted. Again, awardees of the GSCN prizes will present their results during the Presidential Symposium. The program will be completed by invited keynote lectures to present the international points of reference for this fast growing field of research. The keynote presentations will be delivered by Shoukhrat Mitalipov (Portland), Emmanuelle Passegué (New York), Kathrin Plath (Los Angeles), Lorenz Studer (New York) and James Wells (Cincinnati).
